Still waiting for my Mother's Day Gift

I still have not received my ""Mother's Day" sheets that I ordered. I was looking forward to trying out these amazing sheets due to the reviews I read on their website. Unfortunately the ship date listed was 5 weeks ago and I received 1 email that said there was a computer software glitch and my items would be delayed. Finally, I called and was told they were back ordered and were still a month away from being delivered. I understand that there have been orders exceeding there expectations and that the shipping from overseas has been delayed. What I get upset with, is that daily I receive emails from them to order additional products, all promising discounts and deliveries by memorial day, father's day..... I think you need to stop the madness of the discounts and delivery advertising when obviously you are not able to meet these needs. This is just leading to upset customers and will ruin any reputation of the product. When I see a new text or email asking me to buy, it just reminds me I have never gotten the sheets I ordered in April.

The worst customer service I have had…

BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS. I just looked through these reviews and it’s so odd to me that there is a long line of 5 star reviews all on May 3rd, sandwiched in between horrible ones :) genius! The worst customer service I have had in years. Actually, their customer service seems pretty non-existent. They truly just do not care. I was targeted on Instagram for their “Mother’s Day” promotion. I ordered my mother what I thought was going to be the perfect gift. Three weeks later and very far AFTER Mother’s Day, cozy earth still hasn’t even shipped my items. After numerous emails and DMs on Instagram, the issue was never handled. I am not one to write poor reviews, but this company deserves every 1 star that comes their way. I even gave them multiple opportunities to make it right, by being understanding of delays and requested free expedited shipping. After all that I have gone through, they couldn’t even respond to offer me something as simple as faster shipping. I wouldn’t recommend cozy earth to anyone. What a poorly operating company!

Sarah answered my question within an hour or two of me posting it. She was thorough and made great suggestions to me. I was very appreciative! My husband and I continue to truly enjoy the sheets and recently purchased blanket too.

I love my PJs

I love my PJs! They are the most comfy and I’m excited to put them on every night. I had an issue with the buttons on one of my sets and after emailing Cozy about it I immediately got a response and got sent a new pair! I would highly recommend this brand/company. Very helpful and love the product.

The product itself is absolutely…

The product itself is absolutely amazing! I own multiple jogger sets, long and short sleeve pajamas, scrunchies and jogger shorts. They’re the most comfortable and high quality lounge wear I own. HOWEVER, it took entirely too long to resolve an issue I had with a defective product. I originally purchased jogger pants back in November 2020 and after the first wash it unraveled at the seems. I contacted customer service and they assured me I would receive a replacement product. Fast forward to today 4/16/2021 and multiple emails later I am finally getting my replacement. I’m not holding my breath until it actually arrives. In the business I am in this is completely unacceptable. I am sympathetic to delays especially during a global pandemic but 4 months is insane.

Waiting still but hopeful

Based on actual reviews of the product I’m excited to get the PJ’s and try them out. Like many of you I have been waiting for my order to ship but have been contacted by customer service so I am amending my previous review. They seem earnestly concerned about the shipping delays and it appears they are doing everything in their power to account for the rapid growth and get orders out soon. I’m hopeful they will be worth the wait.

Great Product and Great Customer Service!

UPDATE 03/08/21: After I posted my initial review about an unsatisfactory experience, Cozy Earth reached out to me and offered a meaningful apology. Since then, I’ve gotten numerous updates on my order, which should be delivered Wednesday. If you’ve not had a good experience with them, let them know and they’ll take care of you. They’ve had a hard time keeping up with demand for the awesomeness that is Cozy Earth, but they are working super hard to fix that. Definitely love their products!

Buyer BEWARE! They don't care!

I purchased pajamas on December 5th, 2020. I waited until January to contact customer service. They apologized and said they would send out another order at no charge. I've asked twice since then about my order with no response. Last week I requested a refund. Still no answer. Today I posted on two of Cozy Earth's Instagram accounts trying to get an answer. That's when I realized I wasn't the only one complaining about not receiving their order. Still no response. BEWARE!

I think Cozy Earth might be a scam

Ordered a product that they said was in stock at the time and they charged my credit card immediately. I have contacted them multiple times, they say I never e-mailed them and then try to tell me that I must have been mistaken about it being in stock. It's been two months, still never even a confirmation e-mail from them, no shipping notification and obviously, I have not received the product.
I understand that logistics have been impacted during COVID, in some cases significantly, but you have to at least communicate with your customers about it. I half wonder given the tone of the other reviews if this place is a just a scam.

The best stuff out there

Super easy to work with. The softest sheets and their clothes are hugely comfortable. I will be buying their stuff again.
